I'm Gervais, I'm doing media AS level. I choose media because I had done it a GCSE and enjoyed it so it seemed obvious to take it at A Level. I like media because I can work both practically and academically. The practical work allows me to use the cameras and get to grips with it. Eventually I would like to work in magazine publishing or documentary work and media allows me to do this. My favourite film is Thumbsucker directed by Mike Mills.
